RENTAL AGREEMENT

This RENTAL AGREEMENT is executed at (PLACE) on this (Date) day of (Month), (Year) by and between:

(hereinafter called the "OWNER") of the ONE PART:

(hereinafter called the "TENANT") of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the Owner is the absolute owner of the property situated at (Complete Address of Rented Property), hereinafter referred to as "Demised Premises".

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. The rent shall commence from (Starting Date) and shall be valid till (Expiry Date).
2. The Tenant shall pay a monthly rent of Rs.(Amount), excluding electricity and water bills, on or before the 7th of each month.
3. The Tenant shall pay a monthly maintenance charge of Rs.(Amount) towards common area maintenance.
4. The Tenant will pay an interest-free refundable security deposit of Rs.(Amount) refundable within 30 days of vacating.
5. The agreement can be terminated by serving One month prior written notice. Lock-in: 6 months.
6. Rent payment mode: Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS. Escalation: 5% per annum upon renewal.
7. Parking: two-wheeler and four-wheeler. No pets allowed.
